How to cancel incomplete order?

Hi,

I have order from one client. And she didn’t started order yet and doesnt replying my message. I nudged it. Still not here anything from her. So I took decision to cancel it. But when I click on resolution center. It take me to not found page.does It means we can not cancel order if its not started ?.

Please help me here

No, it is usually easy to cancel these. Try it in another non-mobile browser. For most people, Chrome works best. Firefox and IE should work too. Safari and others are less compatible but may work. If it fails in 3 or more browsers, send a ticket to Customer Support.
