How to cancel my order without any effect form my side or buyer side

Hello Dear

I have got a new order but buyer is change the requirement without asking anything which is out of the time and budget and very low communication. After telling him he wants to cancel the order also. How can I resolved the issue without any bad effect my profile. if I cancel or if he cancel.
I don’t want this loss
