How to cancel order as seller is not giving quality work?

The order was agreed for 15 days for website development. I gave a detailed set of requirements in the word document. However, the quality delivered was so bad that i had to spend 2 days of testing and share detailed review feedback. And, then the seller doesnt deliver the work on time. And, i extend the deadline. And next delivery, the seller does not respond on time. Seller doesn’t even give proper responses. Later the seller shows some progress but again missing out on so many requirements. I have to extend time again as the deadline was approaching. Even after 30 days the seller cant deliver on what is promised. Also, the final deliverable given is of same major issues. basic UI is also not proper. Not sure how to cancel this order!

Go to resolution center in you active order and there you can mutual cancel this order…

Go to order page, then [Visit the Resolution Center]you will find order cancel option.
