How to Cancel Order I\'m Selling

The job is going to take much more time than I can devote and do correctly. How do I cancel an order someone wants from me?

Go to your order page, click on resolution centre & pickup a reason for cancellation.

You can cancel from the resolution center. Explain the reason for cancellation with clarity and honesty to guarantee mutual cancellation.

However, I would personally advise you to try this first: Create a custom gig extra in the order page explaining why you want more time and set the lowest price with the needed extra days. If your buyer accepts this offer, you will have the necessary time to deliver and avoid cancellations.
