How to cancele an order it's been past the time

Can anyone help me. I want to cancele my order, it’s been past the time it should of been received.
Now this person is ignoring me because I’m asking for a refund. Nothing has been done to my store

You can contact CS and let them know of your situation and I am sure they can help you out with the refund if you show proof that you haven’t received what the seller stated they’d deliver within the given time.

If you think the seller won’t deliver the product, you should contact Fiverr CS.
They should able to help you as long as you provide them with right fact :slight_smile:
