How to change feedback?

I recently tried to change my feedback to a seller. I left positive way too quickly (learning my lesson) and realized that the information he gave me was all fake. I would like to warn other buyers.

According to Fiverr- I should be able to do this but after trying over and over, even clicking on the link that says I can remove/replace, it will NOT let me. Any suggestions?

Both Buyers and Sellers can remove or edit their Feedback shortly after its placed. If you are unable to remove your feedback or wish to remove a Work Sample from a feedback review, please contact Customer Support with your order number.
