Fiverr is a big marketplace and it is still growing, no doubt. Thousands/ millions of seller sell their service is different categories. A buyer can find anything from here. But it is important to choose the correct seller. A buyer can face some unwanted situation, like low-quality work, refund, order cancellation, delay delivery and negative reviews. Even some buyer face some harassment. Sometimes, the problem frustrates equal to seller and buyer. But a buyer can refuse this awkward situation by applying some tricks.
1.Read seller description attentively. Check out his/her pricing and offers.
2.Check out seller’s Review, which provided by other buyers.
3.Before order, contact with the buyers, ask him/her what he is thinking about your project. Is the seller capable of finishing your task as you want?
I think it can be work for you to choose the right freelancer.

•Sometimes a high review worker can manage your task well but sometimes a new worker can also manage your task more than a top level seller can do.

These are all good things to follow. The main point though would always be to contact the seller first. Reading the gig and reviews are key points to also follow, but actually talking to the seller to see what they can do for you is always best. That way, you can get a feel of who you’re working with before submitting an order. Also, be realistic to the amount of money you’re spending and what quality you will receive from that. If a project in the real world costs $500, don’t expect $500 quality for $5. Sellers can give you a lot of bang for your buck here, but be realistic about what might be received after coming to terms with your seller.

It’s the best thing to first talk to the seller, read their gig carefully, look at their ratings and reviews and then approach the sale. But if there’s a new seller and does not have enough ratings, it doesn’t mean they can not do the job. If a buyer feels it not right to use a new seller for their work just because they don’t have enough ratings, then you need to speak to the seller first. You will know if they can or they cannot.

Also there’s an added benefit to buyers that, they don’t HAVE TO pay the seller if they don’t like the work.

The Main things to choose a perfect seller is that look on his gig that what he is providing like, Service, delivery time, price etc. if you thought that your work done in 5$ or 10$ then before ordering check his past reviews and rating. you can also contact with the seller before ordering for discussing about your project that you want from him in reasonable price. hope this will help you a lot. i am also providing high quality graphic design services.

Lesson One: ignore reviews, stars, ‘high rated sellers’ and ‘top sellers’ because this absolutely means nothing. Many of them are just scammers cheaters like they are everywhere here and Fiverr does not care the least they just want to make money. Use your common sense.

And some addition tips for buyers.(From a seller’s view)
Don’t think that you are the boss and you can manhandle the seller like he is nothing. Especially for 5 dollar gigs. Don’t know the reason why, but I only had problems with 5 dollar gigs.

Please, please just request an revision at least once if you do not like the work done, most buyers will clear this up

Don’t try to blackmail a seller for their feedback, CS will surely ban you.

Work within the rules of fiverr, don’t think that you won’t get caught

Agree with all of these. Take the time to really discuss your project with the seller prior to starting, and if you are looking for a discount on something long-term because your budget is limited, there are some sellers who will try to work with you to gain the long-term project, but please be sure to increase their compensation as they regularly provide you with good quality work and help you grow your business.
