How to close a mediocre gig?

Hi,



The work the fellow did was not complete. He says he needs more time / gigs. I don’t want to give him a negative review, and I’m willing to give him the five bucks. How do I close the gig and let him get the money but not give him a thumbs up? I only see two choices - thumbs up or thumbs down? How do I mark it "take the money but didn’t complete the job?"
