actualy i dont know how to ask about this ,

i have payooner account , i ve deleted old bank account funding source or what is that ,

then i try to connect new payooner bank account ,but i failed and i got this error message

Unable to associate this funding source with your existing account. Please submit a new application, using an alternate email address.
