Obviously, this sounds like a witch-hunt: taking your sample; giving no response and going ahead to make a neg. That one bad review could mar a lot of prospective businesses for you. Let the Admin arrange a kind of dispute resolution between the two of you, and if the buyer refuses to still make him/herself available, then justice would demand that Fiverr Admin removes the neg.
