How to deal with bad review

i finished an order for a client and send him 2 samples to choose from them and i was waiting for his reply but he accepted the order and wrote a very bad review on me without even send me that he didn’t like the samples and i want to know if there is anyway to fix this and i tried to contact him but he didn’t reply on me

never send samples in a delivery, always send the completed order, you are not the first person to whom this has happend

I suggest you take this to the Fiverr Admin. Obviously, this sounds like a witch-hunt: taking your sample; giving no response and going ahead to make a neg. That one bad review could mar a lot of prospective businesses for you. Let the Admin arrange a kind of dispute resolution between the two of you, and if the buyer refuses to still make him/herself available, then justice would demand that Fiverr Admin removes the neg. Just an idea.
