How to deal with direct orders from a new buyer and no clear conversation before? As a seller it will badly affect our fiverr account if we cancel it. What measures can be required for this kind of situation?

You prevent this by adding mandatory requirements in your GIG. So order can not start without buyer filling in the forms.
