How to decline a gig when the buyer asks for more than your gig offers?

Is it possible to decline a gig when a buyer asks you to perform a task that is above and beyond your gig’s offering?

Reply to @oldbittygrandma: This also goes back to my own forum post from today where you should specify in your gig’s description what you will NOT do:

@great_assistant, I have a forum post called “Gig Description Perfection” at http://forum.fiverr.com/discussion/1230/gig-description-perfection-for-the-newbies-learn-from-experienced-sellers-mistakes#Item_5

I explain that it is equally important that tell buyers what we will not do for a gig in addition to telling them what we will offer.
