Just do the best job you can for a fiver, make sure the final product matches your gig description and the clients instructions. If you got those right how you deliver won’t matter too much in my opinion.

1) Be honest about your true location.

2) Stop stealing the gig descriptions from other sellers.

 

Your gigs are word-for-word copy and paste from more successful sellers on fiverr. I could figure that out in about 5 seconds, I'm sure other potential buyers have been turned off by that as well...
