How to Extend Delivery Time


I am the buyer and was affected by a power outage due to weather for the better part of a week. My seller had a question about the gig and since I didn’t have a way to answer, the gig sat because the seller didn’t have my input to proceed. I have requested a revision but that only gives the seller 24 hours. I’m not sure how to proceed without penalizing the seller on this and it was on my end.


The seller can use the Resolution Center and ask you for a time extension, which you can accept then.


Seller can easily request more time by pressing “resolve now” button in the order page
