How to find the file the seller sent?

I received notification that I was sent the file, and that it was time to rank the work that was done. I don’t see the file. Where would it be? And I don’t have any response from the seller when I ask. Where would I look for the finished work?

The attached files should show up at the bottom (the part I highlighted) of their message. If they sent you a message and there’s nothing there, well, that means they didn’t send you anything.
