How to fix blurry video thumbnail?

Hi all, any tips to increase the quality of a gig thumbnail when a video is chosen? I have a video set as my thumbnail but the quality gets downgraded.

What browser are you on? It’s quite blurry for me on every browser I’ve tried.

It seems ok to me too.
Fiverr are pretty brutal with their codec quality.

I use Chrome. I also have a fairly large desktop monitor, so that might affect resolution, too.
