Hi, I really need help, so hope I get replies. Basically I used to have only 5 stars rating, and then someone came ans placed an order asking for only 500 words which I do with 5 bucks, but he wanted more and I couldn’t do tha unless he puts another package, still he took the offer and gave me a 3.7 rating which made me so sad! is there any way to improve my rating again!!! thanks in advance

Only way is to get more orders.
Just replace cancelled order with number of orders you have under 4.6.
