I am a new seller of fiverr. One week ago I received a 5 dollar order. Without saying a word, he ordered me .Meanwhile, time is running out.I am waiting for his sms but I didn’t get the sms so I delivered it 2 hours before.One day after delivery, he made a good comment to me, but he left with 3 stars.Now I can’t make a request of buyer.Now what should I do for new order.Please tell someone as soon as possible. 😖

Why don’t you change your username by opening a new account again? For changing user name you can deactivate this account and can open a new one with another name and the same picture information.
