Submit a ticket to Customer Support. They may back you or they may not. Part of it depends on how much time has passed. The other part is that cancellations are allowed (temporarily) if the seller clearly did not deliver what the gig description said. Cancellations are not allowed based on personal taste.
CS will need to read the gig description and exchanged messages, then look at the product. For future orders, I would suggest that you use resolution center as soon as the seller is late enough to result in “ridiculously late” automatic messages.
