I have been away from Fiverr awhile, after being rated a top seller. None of my accounts are active and I can’t seem to get them to be. What do I need to do? Any suggestions?
This sounds like an issue for the help desk. They must have set your gigs to inactive after a long period of, uh… inactivity. If you can’t manually activate them on your own, then the Fiverr system must have put some kind of lock on them for safety so that in the case of identity theft somebody can’t just stroll in and pick up where you left off. But that’s all speculation on my part - the only thing I really know is that you can’t fix it through the forum.
