How to get continued orders?

Hi Community Members,
I am near to achieving level 1. But due to not getting orders continuously the order completion rate falls down. (It is 83% at the moment). Please guide me so I can get orders continuously and improve my position. I am a content writer and writing is my passion. I do every task with the utmost care and do timely deliveries. How can I improve my position and receive more and more orders?
Any help is appreciated.
