There are some requirements in order to achieve it

some are

  • You’re a Level 2 or Top Rated seller
  • At least one of your Gigs is in an eligible category
  • Your Gig scored 4.7 in public rating
  • Your Gig has at least 30 reviews

even though you have it you will not get it,it’s a manual process by fiverr.

Plus you could be close to level 2, and none of your GIGs needs to have certain number of orders.

It is manual handpicked process.

This is not accurate, I have promoted gigs with less than 30 reviews

That is what we are saying. The list of requirements on that link is wrong.

The requirements for promoted GIG are:

"You need to have seller account on Fiverr. Me, The Fiverr guy, lady, person, will, shall, maybe, select you for promoted GIG. Or not. "
