How to get good ratings?

I got some orders but I didn’t understand how to get a good review from client. In every work I gave my best. But some times they just took my work and never reply me again. I asked them, but they didn’t give me a single reply. Or some clients just give me negative review where I gave them all what they need.
I just a bit confused what is wrong with me. Can anyone suggest me what should I do?

Try to deliver the work early (but not too early).
Try to to satisfy the buyer by providing high-quality work and unique design.
Communicate in a friendly but professional way with the buyer to ensure he was clear on what services you will be providing.
