How to get happy client?

#1

Hi,

I want to share my experience about how to get happy repeated client?

so here we go

1- Communicate as soon as you can with your client, in communication show confidence that you are not after getting only 1 order, your priority is making client happy more than $.

2- always do little extra work for your client, it dose not hurt

3- assure them if you make mistake or cant handle there project or your delivered work dose not serve client’s purpose , offer them refund.

OR

redo.

4- sating refund is up to you, what % you want to refund, i offer 100% refund.

5- I do all things i mention and believe me i only had 1 or 2 client in my whole time that i had to refund because i always try to deliver on time and more than what client asked.

Last but no least

You have to be careful when you dealing with new people because some people want to to use us, so read every message carefully ans sense it, if you feel fishy dont even handle that project. May be you do all good work and they still ask for refund.

it is fine line so we have to be smart.

I do all i mention and i have mostly repeated client
