How to get my $12 from fiver on my payoneer?

I have completed an order and earned money. Now i want to transfer it to my payoneer account. But is is showing that waiting from card issuer approval from long time i.e. almost more than 6 months. Can anyone help me with it?

Fiverr doesn’t have clearance periods that long. Sounds like an issue for Payoneer support. You can find their contact info through Google or a forum search.
