How to get rid of negative ratings?


Recently one of my buyer posted negative ratings for 5 gigs that he ordered. First the buyer asked me to do several things for 5 gigs. Then I refused & asked to cancel his orders but he denied. When I mentioned my services for 5 gigs, he didn’t clarified well & requested me to carry on. I have all the proofs in my inbox & the complete report of the services I offered. What can I do now?
