How to get the Money from Fiverr to Bank account

I ordered sth and the developper canceled the Order because he Wasnt able to do the Job.

I See that I have 40€+ on My fiverr Account but there Is no way to send the Money to My Bank Account. Can it be because its My First Order or sth ? Please help me out …

If you read the Terms of Service at the bottom of the Fiverr main page refunds and fees are explained in detail. As suggested Customer Support will help you with this.

payments can be transfer through payoneer account or payoneer card if you don’t have both you can also transfer your payment into paypal then in your bank account
