How to handle buyers who don't reply properly?

Hello, Everyone!
I am new to Fiverr. I’ve sent a quote to a buyer, who wanted a redesign of his website. He messaged me back and we discussed about the job and I sent him a custom offer, which he accepted.
When I sent him my design, he sent it back to me for revision. When I asked him what he did not like, he ignored my question. When I modified my design and sent him back, he sent it back again for revision and when I ask him again what he did not like, He just said that he did not like the whole design. I asked him what kind of design he wanted, he did not reply.
After all that he canceled the order saying “I can not make a design”. He wasted my two days.
