How to handle the cheating client

I got a job, but my client cheat, earlier I explained that the guide is not thick like the book, but he asked me to fix with a sample of 93 pages of products. He filed a dispute and I declined, I do not know, the money will return to the consumer or keep the fiverr. Please help
