- Use a very simple and clear language to describe your gig and what exactly your service will include.
- Keep your delivery time always reliable and add extra time for yourself to avoid any late delivery.
- Be polite and honest with your customers about your your capabilities and limits. and keep in mind that it’s better to say NO sometimes rather than getting a bad review.
- Follow up with your customer after you deliver the gig and ask them if they have any comments or suggestions.
