How to increase ratings of gigs?

I’m a graphic designer and my creative ideas have no boundaries or limitations…Lately, I’ve seen that in “MY GIG” area where we can see the number of views of our gigs, I can see a red down arrow. What does this signifies? How can I improve it so it could turn green up arrow?
I would really use some help from fiverr community…Kindly help me figure out how to fix it…
