Firstly, the words and sentences you used should make your clients feel comfortable and polite.

Secondly, during the conversation, read carefully the messages sent by your clients, try to understand what they wants, and reply the according to their needs.

Thirdly, always don’t forget to say"Thank you" & “You’re welcome”
