I wanted to place a $5 gig, but could not find anything on the persons profile showing me how to do this. After navigating for several minutes, I finally found a feature that said “Place Order” (or something along those lines). When my order was placed, I was informed by your system that I had just paid $47! What’s up with that? You’re cite is DECEITFUL and UNCLEAR. You need to SIMPLIFY and EXPLAIN things better!
And your “Help” button is useless, because no EMAIL contact or PHONE number is provided.
