Partial refunds are not offered via the Fiverr platform.
Not sure why a client would end up asking for that but don’t expect fiverr support to help you.
It is your responsibility to manage the client and make sure they get what you agreed upon without them feeling like they are entitled to a refund.

You could refund 100% of the order, then message the buyer with a custom offer for 50% of the order.
So if the original order was $100, the custom offer should be for $50.
There’s no guarantee the buyer will honor this deal.

So a response that guarantees a hit in order completion plus allows the client to steamroll the seller actually gets responses/resonates with fellow members.

just my buyer tall me that, i’m not agreed with that, i just know that is possible or not
