How to refund after order is marked as completed

Just so you know I am into 3d printing so I print people’s files and send them the prints by USPS. However, it appears that one of the packages got lost on the way to Isrial and right now I am out of state and can’t send them new prints. Therefore I need to give them a refund, but my order is marked as complete and I cannot send them a refund. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
