How to remove negative review caused by being late, with permission of buyer?

A few days back i was late for submitting an order and my buyer cancelled the order before i submitted it and for that i got a negative review.And after some negotiating and offering him some freebies he agreed to remove that negative review…but he said that he cant find a feedback area to remove the feedback…and he also mentioned that at the day that he cancelled my order he remember not typing any negative feedback (so ithink it was automatically generated by fiverr).

so my question is how to remove that negative review by the buyer…please do respond fast
