Recently I got a negative review from a cancelled order, (it was completely my fault, I was swamped with finals, and upcoming renovations at home) but I responded to it immediately by contacting the buyer, and sending them a message explaining my situation and apologizing, as well as asking if they were still looking to have that job completed. When they said yes, I sent them another message with their completed order, along with some extra bonuses to compensate for my lateness.
They actually even ordered another gig from me and left a positive review afterwards!
But, despite the fact that I think I handled that situation fairly well, I still lost my 100% rating due to that blunder…
I’m wondering if there’s any way to remove that negative rating?
