For what I know it’s not possible… maybe I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure you can’t.
Maybe Customer Support can: open a ticket and explain them what you need.
Anyway you should tell your buyer thaat he had the chance to remove LivePortfolio sample right when he got the delivery!
If you contact the buyer and have him remove the feedback or have him agree to remove the feedback verbally then you can contact support and ask them to remove the feedback therefor removing the live portfolio sample simultaneously (*)
