How to search for seller in China to design trifold brochure?

I am helping a friend to do an acupuncture/cupping therapy trifold brochure. She is bilingual English/Mandarin, and wants the brochure to be in both English and Chinese. I can’t seem to figure out how to search for this service. Perhaps a seller in China, who speaks fluent English (I don’t speak Chinese/Mandarin). Can anyone offer suggestions?
