How to send effective buyer request

Hello everyone,

I send 450 buyer request

but I got only 8 order please can anyone give me any kind of Idea how should I write an effective buyer request to get more order. I am very much disappointed with my order. I am doing really hard work but not getting that much response if anyone have any kinds of tricks or tips then please share with me. it will be a great help for me also other or a beginner to know more about that.
