You are not allowed to send “personal messages” to accounts that are buyers in the BR area of the site. You are only allowed to respond to their buyer’s request. If they choose to do business with you or message you back, that is THEIR prerogative. If you send them a message, this can be seen as spamming and they may report you, which will either get your account a warning or worse, if you do it enough, banned.
