How to set no direct order without pausing profile?

I already have some good amount of orders in my queue. At this moment, I am unable to take new requests, but at the same time, I don’t want my profile to get paused.
Is there a way, I can set my profile in such a way, that a buyer can’t directly place an order?
I have got one ad-hoc order from a buyer, but the price is very low. Without prior discussion, he just placed the order and now I have to request him to cancel, that in turn going to affect my ranking

–Thanks

You can make a clear description.
NO ORDER BEFORE DISCUSSION.
Otherwise, I don’t have any idea about this.

The only way to stop people from placing orders, is to pause or delete your gig.

You can also go on Out of Office Mode.

If I pause, my gig will be unsearchable and when I get it online, I think, it will take some time to appear on top, rt?

may be you setup your gig package in very low price. so when buyer see your gig they were very attract and place an order directly on your profile

You can not eat a cake and keep a cake.
If you are unavailable to take orders that’s only logical to put yourself on out of the office mode instead of misadvertising it “available” to your clients when in reality you can’t do the job because you are overbooked.

You can increase the gig price

Another thing you can do is change your delivery time until you are caught up.

Not unless you pause your gigs or turn the Out of Office mode on. Fiverr was designed with the idea that buyers can place their orders directly, without having to ask for permission first.
