How to take away mistake negative feedback?

My buyer accidentally left negative feedback. I think I remember reading somewhere on here that it can be removed. How do I do this?

You need written content from your buyer that he agrees to remove the negative feedback.

you then get in contact with support providing them with a link of the order containing the negative feedback and also photographic evidence of the written content from the buyer (*)

Hello! Thank you for the info! I have a message of them saying that they meant to hit modify instead of giving bad review. I have sent them the modified work but they have not replied yet. Do I have to wait until they reply or can i just send support the message saying that they hit negative by mistake?
