How to tell if fiverr has cut me off?

I haven’t heard from any of my sellers for three days which is unusual and I can’t figure out

how to ask fiverr if there is a problem of some sort

Well, try messaging them again, it can’t just cut you off 🙂

on fiver the scale goes down and up, one day you get 5 customers one day you get non, and sometimes no one contacts you for a week or a months and sometimes people are contacting you every day.
