These should help: Fiverr Seller Help Center: Fiverr article - Viewing Gig Statistics

Guys, I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again… Impressions are NOT a good way to determine the success of your gig. We all know by now that there is a Fiverr bug that has erased the impressions listed for your gigs (yes, Fiverr knows about it, and is working on it). Please be patient, and please stop complaining about it. Stop responding as if the sky is falling, or the world has come to an end. Impressions say very little about the success of your gig. In fact, when it comes to success, …

Viewing your Gig’s statistics can be done on the Gigs page, where you can also see an overview of your Gig’s performance on Fiverr.

To view statistics or perform actions on your Gigs:

  • Once logged in, from the Selling menu, click Gigs .

In the Gigs page, you can see the following statuses:

  • Active: These are your Gigs, which are currently available in the Fiverr marketplace.
  • Pending approval: These are your Gigs, which require our content team’s approval before becoming available. This may be caused by an uploaded video, which needs to be approved.
  • Requires modification: These are your Gigs, which were reviewed by the Fiverr content team and needs changes before becoming available.
  • Draft: These are your Gigs, which you haven’t published yet.
  • Denied: These are your Gigs, which were denied for various reasons, such as videos that don’t meet the criteria for Fiverr’s site or text, which may be inappropriate.
  • Paused: These are your Gigs that are not available. You can select these Gigs and make them active. If they contain video, they will need to be approved first.

To take action on a Gig:

  • Select the checkbox next to the Gig title and then select an action from the top menu (e.g., Pause, activate, delete , etc.).

To view statistics on your Gig:

  • Click on a Gig title in the list, and scroll down to see various statistics regarding your Gig.

General Analytics

By default, these statistics represent the past 30 days. You can also view these statistics in a graph view further down the page.

  • Impressions: These are the number of times your Gig appeared in Fiverr’s thumbnails (i.e., on the homepage, category/subcategory page, search, and user page).
  • Clicks: These are the number of clicks after a user saw it once on the homepage, category/subcategory page, search, and user page.
  • Views: These are total page views or the number of page views on the actual Gig page.
  • Orders: This is the total number of orders purchased from this Gig.
  • Cancelations: This is the cancellation rate or the number of all types of canceled orders divided by the number of orders from this Gig.

In the graph view, you can also see:

  • Social Gig views: This is the number of views on social media (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
  • Conversion Rates: This is the average of the total impressions divided by orders.

Note: You can filter these statistics by days or months. You have arrows next to each number in the statistical list. A red arrow indicates a drop from the previous period selected, while a green arrow indicates an increase. For example, if you choose the Last seven days , the arrows will represent the trend from the last seven days compared to the previous seven days.

Gig Info

  • Days average delivery time: This shows the number of days, on average, that you deliver your Gig.
  • Orders in queue: This shows the number of pending orders.
