I have USD 5 credit in my account, however when i order any gig amounting to USD 5 it takes me to payment page, i fail to understand why am i being taken to payment account when i have credit in my account. please guide and help me resolve
it has been solved, now i could place the order using credits. as soon as i clicked the order it didnt take me to payment and displayed the message the your order has been placed. Many thanks for all your support.
This is due to the new $0.5 processing fee, rendering all $5 balances useless.
You will need to contact customer support to see what options are available.
i have mailed them, but it will take around 2-3 days to answer, i am afraid by that time credit might expire. please help me with the solution.

Reply to @kjblynx: in the promotion mail, they have mentioned if you dont use credit by 17th of nov. it will be removed form account, please help, how to use? customer care hasnt replied to my query
Reply to @vivekvyas510: I received the following from Fiverr support (but who knows if they will fix it before some people’s credits expire). “I understand and at the moment we are currently working on a fix for that issue, we are sorry for the inconvenience.”
