How to write buyer request to get orders

well, I have watched almost all the videos regarding buyer requests on YouTube. If I skip some of them, most of them are saying the same old things. to the seniors, share some real life experience that you used/use now to get your orders.
I have a request to the new sellers, who got their first job recently - to share their that specific request on for which they got their order. This will be very helpful for new sellers like me.

There is no cheat code, you have to describe your service, you can’t just write “up up, down down, left right, left right, B, A” into your buyer request and just get an order.
