How we get order?

Hi, hope you are fine everyone . I need some help. On week ago i recieved 3 order . One of them cancel my order after marked as completed even gave me star and review. 2nd One is marked as completed and satisfy with my work but gave me no review and star. Now I did not get any order even buyer request send daily basis,promote my gigs on social media and also tag search change.
