How will I ask buyer to get her/his email address

Hello. Every experience person. I’m a web developer most of time I have to ask buyer for sending his/her email for use on the web form. I know Fiverr not allow to ask buyer directly for sending me his/her email address. But It’s important for me some of my buyer don’t know how to change email from their website. Now I want to know, what will be the best practice to get my buyer email. Thanks

Before you ask your buyers for their email, I strongly suggest you contact CS. I think they have to approve that for your gig, not for individual orders. They may also request that you write in your gig description that an email might be necessary to complete the order.
