How You Can Learn To Avoid Bad Reviews And At The Same Time Promote Your Other Gigs!

#1

Hi,

My name is Charles and I am now 2 months full time busy to archive my goals on Fiverr. One of my goals is that I never …and I say… never want to get a BAD Review from one of my customers! I was thinking; How do I get to a point that I always satisfied my customers?

One of the things I always do is that, I know what I sell and that I not only believe in my product, but that I am also very good in what I offer! Second thing and what is also very important for me is, that I always want to create a safe environment for myself, even if I already have delivered the product. I want to know for sure that my client is satisfied and that the customer is receiving exaclty that what there request was!

So how can you learn from this? I place here one of my standard texts where I give my clients and myself the opportunity to change the product, even after delivering, so that the customer is finally happy with the end result and I still receive a good review from my client!

Here is one of my text and I hope it will help you as it helps me.

Hello name if the client,

I have {made|create|deliver} the … for you and love to work on this project! If you like the …, then please give me a good review, collect this Gig and tell other about my gig please. Don’t forget to complete this order

–> THIS IS WHATS SO IMPORTANT TO PUT INSIDE YOUR TEXT!!! --> If there is anything you don’t like send me a message before you give a bad review. I want to give the best to you as my buyer, so we come together in this order!

Best Regards,

Charles

I have a similar technique but I like the last text you apply (I assume you include that in your delivery note). The other note you should apply to the instructions is to remind them to “respond to each & every gig ordered when prompted to or Fiverr will not process this order.” Even so this doesn’t always work because I am definitely convinced now that a majority of people just cannot be bothered to read anything any more & it’s getting worst. They don’t bother reading descriptions, they quick scan read everything (including title) but don’t digest anything (to understand what exactly is written). It’s so annoying… If you haven’t realised that now, you will later.

I understand what you saying and at this point I haven’t notice about this…but my text that I put in the delivery box have giving me already some extra orders the last weeks. My desire in this forum is to help each other and I like your input. what is also going to help me and open my eyes.

No don’t change anything you are doing (nor do I) we still have to apply the logic in the method of our madness but having said what I said, there are still a hell of a lot of those that do seem to read what’s there & give you an easy time. I guess there’s a bit of everythig on this site but there’s always only one of us… Including our patients (I guess)… HaPpY FiVeRriNg!

Hi Scriptwizard…no I don’t change anything but I am always busy to look at new ways to promote in anyway my Gigs. One of them is to build a big list on Pinterest but I am just started to promote my gigs…the other is to build up some relationship with my clients!
